Edit a prebuilt flash wesite

i must admit this is a small project, however because of the urgency, i am willing to pay for a very fast service. Now here is the spec, i have an html website that needs to be converted to flash. Here is where it starts getting interesting, the new layout for the new site has already been designed in fact, its a template that was purchased. Now, all that is required are as followes: a) the contents of the oldsite are to be moved into the new site. b) because its a software product flash website, some tweaking of the flash template will be required, such as adding upward scrolling texts and some banner effects. c) i would like a customer logging area linked to a mysql database. prefarably via php. d) and a payment area linked to paypal. Now like i said, its a very urgent project that needs to be delivered in good time. Finally, if you feel you can design something better from scrach, then place your bid and name your price ASAP. I will provide all the contents for the site as well as the template for the new site.
