CSS Website Enhancements (HTML Only)

I need a very good and a reliable web designer to re-do a layout and re-design a website for me. I'll provide the URL of the website which has the entire website hosted to the short listed coders whose profile and ratings i like. Most of the content is already in place and the designer has to enhance and beautify it. I am looking for a minimalist look with minimum graphics (e.g. Google). Even though the site is going to be with minimalistic look, there will be some graphic work required (e.g. buy button, logo (optional), etc.). The work will need to be done in a timely manner and only someone who is committed to finishing it on time and doing it well should respond. The design should adhere to web standards and be SEO optimized. Pls submit your queries and your prior work examples at the earliest. Once I’ve a shortlist of web designers I’m most impressed by, I’ll invite them all to bid for the job in a private bidding. Since our current website is DOTNET based, i need the designer to be familiar working with ASPX/dotnet. You'll have to work on these ASPX pages by using CSS to make it w3.0 compliant. We cannot remove tables from our post login area pages, but the public pages (pre-login)are mostly static in nature, so please feel free to change tables and other things as per W3.0 standards as per your expertise. The newly redesigned site will use a pure-CSS based layout compatible with all major browsers, as opposed to the current heavily-table-laden design on the URL I'll provide to the short listed coders.
