Branding and Web Development project

I require both branding and a web site for a new IT consultancy service, based in London. **_Branding_** The name of company is "EA Consulting", and the focus is: - Offshore \ Outsourcing services - Strategic Sourcing - Technical Architecture - Change Management - Process Design - Portfolio Management As the current client base is increasing, we need to create a brand presence. This should be simple, whilst visually appealing. The focus of the company is to match industry experts with specific client requirements, operating in the market space below the larger, more traditional consultancy firms. The current client base is predominantly financial services. We are looking for creative solutions, including logo, banners, pointers ( bullets etc.. ), color scheme and web layout. **Web Site:** [[login to view URL]][1] The second part of the project is a simple web site, continuing the branding theme. This should also be visually appealing, but simple in design. It should allow for content updates, through something like Dreamweaver. Flash content will also be rated as a positive when evaluating bids. As a minimum, the site will include: - Home Page - Services ( where the list provided previously can be described in detail ) - Values - People - Latest News - Contact We will provide all the content and will work closely with the winning bidder on the design and implementation. Please provide examples of previous work. Also, please provide details of pricing for splitting the branding and web development. Thanks John ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should support all "recent" web browsers. The web site should be updated from a Windows XP based machine ( preferably via Dreamweaver ).
