Wedsite Design for Advisory Platform

I am looking for a creative website and graphic designer for my current website. It is an advisory platform but needs a total change in look and feel and theme as well. The design must be current and up to date and intuitive. Currently, the site is very old school and the idea of the site is like a LinkedIn for business owners and entrepreneurs to connect via custom video chat to exchange information/[login to view URL] chat sessions are handled by a calendar/scheduler on the profile page of the member. The new direction of the website will be aimed at passionate sports men and women of different sporting disciplines and at all levels e.g. amateur, semi-professional or just active participant of the sport. They will be able to follow, chat(video) and ask questions of their favourite sports star who wil be raising money for their supported charity. The following must be done: Web Design: Redesign the entire website in terms of Look and Feel, Structure, Content, etc. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics (no copyrighted materials on Google) applicable to our website. Web Navigation: Improve navigation of website Adhoc Issues: Fix Bugs and Fixes as necessary. We need to work on this immediately and make the website working LIVE in the shortest span of time. Chosen Freelancer will be provided with the username and password to access the site hosting page if necessary. Note: NO UPFRONT PAYMENT AND PROVIDE PORTFOLIO OF E-COMMERCE WEBSITES (Paypal). I require the redesign of the look and feel of the entire site as well as navigation improvements in the design where possible. We have a logo which will be provided to you. Colour scheme I will leave it to the designer. Must be available on skype and reliable.
