Simple HTML to Wordpress

Hello, I have finished website in HTML which is located at this link: www . facemaskbliss . com / sample%201 / website / CSS for wordpress is already made so you will have to just integrate some functions. The main page is static page, as you can see you have simple slider and 3 themes. People page must be editable. User must be able to remove or add people by categories: "RESEARCH SCIENTISTS", "POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWS", "GRADUATE STUDENTS" etc. See people website for more info. and when you are adding a people you will have an option to upload their picture, something about them etc. SEE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF PEOPLE PAGE, and also check separate pages for people like: facemaskbliss . com / sample%201/ website / people/[login to view URL] PROJECTS page is similar to people page, see the functionality, user must be able to add projects by categories, nothing too complicated, also check separate project page like: facemaskbliss . com / sample%201/ website /projects/[login to view URL] Publications is also simple page- It can be one "page" only, you can see that user just adds publications to list. NEWS page is also simple one, user just adds news without separate news link. CONTACT page is static. Budget for this project is low as I know that you don't need much time to finish it.
