Development of some WordPress page templates from .psd's

We are looking for a skilled developer to develop a few new page templates for incorporation into a current, WordPress theme. The goal is to further develop a sub-section of the site. There are from 5-10 psd's that will need conversion to WordPress page templates. The project is on a fast track, so once we select a developer,we will need to move forward quickly with the development phase. Two or three of the page templates would have some special requirements/capabilities: • specific informational boxes will need to open in a lightbox/popup within a specific placement on the page • development of an "accordioning" sidebar menu for this subsection of the site • a templated gallery page for a video library • a few other needs that can be discussed further We are looking for a highly capable developer with proven experience.
