Convert site to Wordpress temlate

Hi, I need to have a website converted into a Wordpress template. It is currently running on Business Catalyst, but the output is just simple HTML. I now want it to run on Wordpress, and want to have it as a template. It needs to have: - a news function - a photo slider on the homepage - a photo gallery - a contact form It all should be possible with pages and widgets, nothing special. What's most important to me is: It needs to look exactly like the current site, no exceptions! For an experienced theme developer this should be easy. You can use a base theme/framework and modify it (off course with the proper license), or build one from scratch. For a good developer (good credentials, proven experience) I am willing to pay $150 for the template. An extra $50 is awarded for filling in the current content into the template. I would like it to be done in a week, and will try to communicate fast (I'm from Holland, so there's a time difference). Looking forward to working with you. Jacco
