This may appear low to you, however the type of template we need is significantly easier and quicker to design and code than traditional templates. They have far less graphics, and are mostly text content. Most designers are able to produce these in 2-4 hours and even quicker when we order in bulk. See the attachment for examples. * The faster you can design & code your templates the better. We are in need of a lot of templates, so if you are able to make them quickly, we will order even more! The good ones are available at TemplateMonster and the bad ones are clearly worse. We are ONLY interested in templates of TM quality. We are interested in templates that load quickly and are less graphic intensive. It must have a professional header image with logo and "Company Name" text. It should also have a menu, either horizontally below the header of vertically on a left side area. The template should be designed 780 pixels wide and centered on the page.
