Customized Program

Hello, I am looking for database program that collects 30 pieces of stock data for 7,000 stocks, and places onto database (refreshing with new data every 30 min). Most of the data is from xml source. The balance of the data will need to be uploaded by me to database (aprox 1 time a week). With this data, I would like 2 things: 1) When stock symbol is entered - the stock data is displayed. 2) Stock filter - stocks matching filter settings selected by user, are displayed in a list. When stocks in list are clicked, stock details are shows. Must be effiecient so 1,000 people could use at same time, and it would be easy to place in existing password protected website. Professional look and feel also nice. Thank you, Dylan ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
