Upgrade ''Digg Like'' Component from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5

We are taking over an abandoned project; we have spoken with the originators of the component and modules and they have expressed no desire to update or maintain it. The only problem with that is, we use it! Here it is; currently the component, modules and plugins has the behavior of Reddit, Digg and Pligg. There is nothing comparable on the marketplace and with the lack of plugins to integrate Pligg with Joomla we've decided to revive this component. Currently the component is only compatible with Joomla 1.5, we'd like you to: **Milestone #1** - Upgrade the component to Joomla 2.5 **Milestone #2** - Upgrade modules **Milestone #3** - Upgrade plugins **Milestone #4** - Update the CSS and graphics to match our site **We will divide your flat rate quote to us in 4 equal parts according to the completion of each milestone.** You will be paid a equal portion after each milestone is completed to satisfaction. We will have future work for this project for upgrades and plugins to extend it's capability. We will provide the files for the chosen team.
