SEO and Banner campaigns on Wordpress Site

I had a website project which was cancelled due to a number of non delivered items by the designer. I'm now trying to get this site completed and performing as it should. Most of the site is already completed. A lot of the widgets and plug-ins are installed and only need to be adjusted slightly. You can view the live site on [login to view URL] For this project I will need a competent designer that can work with the current site but make improvements in the following areas: 1) I need to be able to add metatags and keywords, to individual pages to improve SEO performance as it is virtually non existent in terms of organic SEO at present. 2) The main banner needs to be able to rotate through several images like a JQuery slider that can be easily changed as required. 3) The text editor on the site is not working for font sizes or line spacing etc.. and you have to use html code. I need to be able to type and save as it will appear live on site. 4) I want to build a database from newsletter sign ups and this is not working from the plug-in the previous designer used so I need you to create a good simple sign up page. 5) In an effort to monitise the site I need to add in space on all pages for Adsense ads and also build in space for a number of various size banners for ads that I will link back to Clickbank affliates. 6) I need to make small changes to the open live account sign up form, where is will be linked directly to an external link. I will need these changes to be completed in 1 week.
