Programming for simple holding page - with contact form

I have a very simple holding page (see attached files) that needs to be programmed and made live on our server. We have designed the page in Photoshop and will supply the working file to you. We would like to use a custom font in the design, which we will supply to you and you can implement using cufon or similar. We would like the contact form to validate all fields to ensure they have been filled in. Email field should only accept an email address. Error messages should be loaded into the fields with a nice AJAX effect that matches the design of the page. For fields not complete, the message should be - "This field is required" Email field completed incorrectly (e.g. email address in wrong format) - "Please enter a valid email" We would like the contact form to email the message to us. On successful form submission, we would like the thank you message (see second file attached) to appear but we would like this to also load nicely via ajax. I do not want the whole page to reload. Just a nice fade out of the contact form and fade in of the thank you message.
