We need someone in Mumbai India to write a responsive mobile version of our web site

THE PROVIDER MUST BE LOCATED IN MUMBAI INDIA TO DO THIS PROJECT. We currently have a web site and require a version of the site for mobile. We would like to hire someone to make this mobile site. We will begin the project online and then meet the person in Mumbai India in the next few weeks. Our web site has 3 main page types and the developer will have to make a set of mobile pages for these 3 main page types, but for two types of mobile environments... 1) for mobile phones and 2) for tablets. We want a different responsive design for mobile phones and for tablets because of the difference in screen sizes. So this means that the 3 main page types will become 3 main pages for mobile phones and another 3 main pages for tablets. The final pages must be responsive, which means that the screen size will adjust to the dimensions of the device it is being displayed on. This work must be done in CSS and simple html (html 5). We will provide the design in the form of an image and the developer will use that to create the mobile pages in CSS. You must be an expert in CSS and mobile web design. You must provide samples of your mobile work that we can access using our mobile phones and tablets. THE PROVIDER MUST BE LOCATED IN MUMBAI INDIA AS WE WILL MEET WITH THE PROVIDER IN MUMBAI IN MARCH. IF THE PROVIDER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES THIS PROJECT WE WILL HAVE OTHER SITES TO DO. Thank you
