Create, update and track mortgage transactions

Greetings, I would like to add search and tracking functionality to a Wordpress website for a real estate mortgage company. This can be in the form of a wordpress plugin and I will need multiple search form pages to find transactions and to be able to update these transactions and email any updates we make to a particular transaction to everyone involved in each mortgage deal. For example, I as the admin can create or update mortgage deal and add all of the names and emails, etc of everyone involved in this deal. Then as the sale process of the property is going along I can add notes about the progress of the transaction and select milestones reached in the deal, click update and everyone involved for this particular transaction would receive an email with the details of the updates that I've made. See attached [login to view URL] Also, on another search page ([login to view URL]) I can look up all deals started by a particular selling agent and click on the search results to show the info about a specifc deal and it's milestones which would appear on the [login to view URL] On this search page, I can also look up a specifc transaction by unique transaction id # generated by the database, by buyer's name or address and be taken to the [login to view URL] to see all the info for this transaction. Also, I need to allow the selling agent or listing agent or the buyer to be able to log in to the site and see the [login to view URL] for their transaction so that they can see my notes or milestones checked off and see where the process is so far. (maybe a link that is sent to them in their emails will open the corresponding page for that person or a automatic password can be sent to every user so they can log in and see the [login to view URL] ? Please recommend. Please let me know if you need any clarification whatsover and any recommendations that you may have to improve this system. Thank you, HJ
