Build auto pages

If you have experiencing building auto pages and forms, that is a plus! Mention that to me or show me past work. Design 2 pages for auto insurance. Page 1 and 2: will provide div code for form (different for page 1 and 2), you need to implement the div code and design the page. I will send over div codes when design is complete. Page 1 will have 4 fields plus a check box to agree to terms, page 2 will have a much longer form. Keep this in mind when designing the different pages.
