Browser Game

Hi, I want to build a browser strategy game. It should basically be a clone and combination of travian (dot) com and ikariam (dot) com. I am interested to have graphics similar to ikariam and gameplay similar to travian, for example: there should be no cost of moving troops from one place to another (just an example). The full set of features can be deducted by analyzing the 2 games. The full set of feature and gameplay adjustements (quote "brause" in your bid in order to be considered) will be deducted as the project progresses. I am interested in bids that can come with a step by step plan based on milestones, from ground 0 up to complete functionality. The winning coder or team of coders will have high chances of working with us over the long term at improving, support and further development of the project. No canned bids, we will only consider serious bidders with a carefully documented plan attached to their offer (time, costs, milestones, technologies to be used, etc.) Looking forward to working with you.
