We are looking for a game browser for hosting a paid online tournament site for online multiplayer games such as Call of duty and counterstrike. Its basic functionality will be very similair to Xfire, all seeing eye or other popular game browsers. However we will not initially require a chat or voice channel function. Client side: The client needs to be able to deposit an amount into thier player account via Paypal which will allow them to access our private gameservers. They will also need to access their live stats from the server such as kills, time played and their total winnings. Admin side: We require accounts control to enable us to ban or suspend player accounts as an anticheat/antifraud measure. Hopefully most of the above can be achieved with PHP/mysql databases, however we are open to the programmers input in all areas concerning the application including the language. More information on request This is a long term project and we are a young company still in the development stage with more follow up jobs and further construction of the site over the next few months ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all platforms
