Computer Configuration

We need a program that will allow our sales associates to configure computers using the parts that our admin will create, and then create a new webpage on our server using the information. Here are the expanded details: 1. Must auto-update from our website. 2. Must allow admin to add/remove parts. 3. Can't allow sales associate to login without checking for update. 4. Must be able to log into our site editor, without giving out the user name and password, and create a website using the configuration information. 5. Must allow only certain parts to display with other certain parts. 6. Must provide an easy to use, clear, GUI. 7. Only allow registered sales associates to log in (names can be stored online.) Those are the major details. The main problem is allowing it to make the actual website, since our current web host does not allow multiple users to log in, and I cannot give away our password to our sales associates.
