My website needs to be able to upload an image to a MYSQL database table, users can go to settings upload an image and then the image is displayed as their profile image. That is all, It needs to be robust, secure, and easily applied to my currently in development website.

Good Day, I can create the upload feature you require, however, my recommendation would be to not store the files to the dbase but instead create a file structure for your users and store the path to the profile picture to the database, while the file resides on your webserver. Regards
