Need a Programmer for wordpress plugin

Some of the required tasks are as follows; create 3 registration pages(see attached), integrate several plugins that I am using into the website for optimal functionality and compatibility and customize certain parts of the site where the plugins don't match my theme. I will provide rough drafts and css kits if needed. I am leaving room for other minor fixes as well. Some research on these plugins are required and I will provide all links and documentation.
