E-learning Platform for Administering an Online Course

We need to have a SIMPLE, EASY TO USE e-learning module to be developed for our website. We are offering an online writing course which we would like to administer on our website. This is an online writing course that is made up of 6 units. Each unit has some reading material, useful links and an assessment at the end. The assessments are made up of multiple choice questions and each student is required to answer 10 questions (this will be pulled out from a set of 30 questions randomly). An open source learning platform can be used and this does not have to be written from scratch. The requirements of the platform are: 1. The course is made up of 6 units 2. All course material shall be provided in Power Point slides 3. Each unit has the reading material, useful links and the assessment test. 4. The reading material will be supplied in short easy to understand slides of 120 words each. 5. Once the student has read a page of the reading material they click on next 6. You cannot go back to a page that you have already read 7. After the the reading material we will have the useful links 8. After the useful links we will have the assessments 9. The questions are multiple choice questions (which we shall supply together with answers) 10 .Once the student has completed the assessment if they get below 70% they cannot unlock the next unit. 11. They will be required to read the course material once again and then reattempt the assessment. 12. The student will have three chances to redo a unit. If they fail three times they are failed and cannot proceed. 13. If a student fails they should be shown what they answered correctly and what they answered wrongly. 14. If successful they unlock the next unit and can proceed. 15. On completion of all the units the student is awarded an online certificate which they can download then print. Other requirements: 1. We need to interface the course with our payments system. 2. Therefore once the student pays for the course an automatic email with the login details to the e-learning platform should be generated. 3. Everything should be automated and no human input should be required in enrolling students and delivering the course.
