I have a CSV file with data. Need to use big data analytic lexical analysis algorithms and develop code to find most frequent keywords and use data visualization libraries to represent the graphs and stuff. So need code to do all this .... Choice of language, platform is left to you .....
I want to split the above into multiple tasks:
1) For the first step right now, I am looking for help on deciding on the technologies to use, and algorithms to use, platform and approach on how to start.
If the above task is successfully done, the subsequent tasks also may be assigned to the same person

I am currently working on my PhD in bioinformatics and do a lot of big data analysis and data mining. I am very proficient in python and should have some scripts already to complete the task. I do a lot of data visualization in the software I develop, so this won't be a problem for me. I said that I can complete it in 4 days, but there is a good possibility that I can complete it much faster depending on what the data looks like and what questions you would like answered.

4. You say that you want to analyze "keywords". Do you have a specific definition of "keywords" in mind or do you want me to come up with the definition.
5. How do you want to deal with "stop words"? Do you know specifically what you want to do or do you want me to come up with a proposal?
6. What kind of "graphs" do you need? Do you want to represent the overall summary of words in your data or do you want to represent individual frequencies of top words.
