Install Turnkey website with some graphix work

This should be quiet simple.I require some help to install some software on my server and to get the site up and running in its basic form. The website is called "rategirlsphotos.com" and i have found some turnkey software/templates >>> [login to view URL] so most of the work is [login to view URL] would also require some basic photoshop work to include the websites name on the header and some promo banners. There will certainly be some on going work required and other websites to develop so i am eager to find someone whos interested. *Server is running linux Debian 4.0
