16416 Finish off my website!

I was in the process of having a website designed by Mugur, a scriptlance webdesigner. He has nearly finished but has lost interest and run off with my money :-( I now urgently need somebody to finish off the last two parts to my site. Our website is [login to view URL] We are very happy with the site so far but the last two elements need to be added. These are:- Chat & personals. For this we are using an off the shelf site [login to view URL] which is almost ready to use. All that needs doing is that the design needs to be tweaked to match the rest of our main site (Mugur tried but it looks horrible!). Also, the 'women' elements need to be removed from the drop down menu on the chat room. Then the link needs to be added to the main site. A business directory for our members. Again, we have purchased an off the shelf site [login to view URL] The design needs tweaking to match the main site and the categories / script need changing to our chosen wording / categories. Once this has been done, the link needs to be added and our site will be finished. I really don't think this is a huge job. It just needs somebody who knows what they are doing AND MUGUR DIDN'T! (Shame he took 4 months to realise this!) I need this job to be done fast and for these two extra parts to match the rest of the site [login to view URL] really well. Ideally, the links would remain on the left as they do on the main art of the site and the [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] sections would appear alongside on the right. I hope that's clear and that somebody out there is ready and able to take this on for us. Thanks!
