For 1/ Uk Motivated sellers, the site will have a contact/enquiry form to fill out for motivated sellers. The main page will also feature dynamic links and other keyword phrases targeted to these motivated sellers. This part will also have an area to add video of their property. 2/ UK Property Investors These visitors will have to sign up to register, here they will be able to; a/ Buy property leads from motivated sellers b/ View video footage of the lead in question c/ Hear telephone recording of conversation with motivated seller d/ Bid against other investors for lead (each lead is listed for maximum of 24 hours) e/Download txt file with each lead full information Each investor will have a login account area, to either pay for each viewing or to buy leads.
