IP Addressed-Based Currency Conversion Script Needed

Hi, I need a PHP script written that will do the following: 1) Read the IP address of the visitor. 2) Take my default US Dollar price on my site and get the current currency exchange rates. 3) Convert the US Dollars price into the local currency. 4) Produce the converted currency price and the name of the currency. 5) If the visitor is from the US, return the USD amount. I will then have my coder interface with your script. I've had a coder work on something before but it only half-works. I'm happy to provide you with that code as a start but I need it to work 100% of the time for all countries and currencies. The final version of this script must be in PHP format.
