My requirement is for an automated faq chatbot system which allows multiple question and answer scenarios. The script should be capable of identifying the question posed, when entered by a user, and to respond with a pre-defined answer template. I would like a quote on this, but based on how intelligent somebody could get the script in terms of the ability for it to return results I would be prepared to increase the fee we pay.
