Coldfusion code convertion

I have a coldfusion script that selects from mysql a list of bets, and then processes individual bets based on the result of the match, it then updates the member's Balance. Coldfusion is doing this too slowly (100,000 bets takes 30 - 45 mins to settle) I require a program that runs on the server (linux) that can do the same thing much faster. I will also require a small java applet client so that when i click "settle accounts" the program kick starts the processing. It must also be able to show live on the applet the number of bets left to settle while its processing. Bidders must be good in coldfusion(to understand my code) and SQL as the script contains SQL commands. The script and Data will be provided once bid accepted. Server is linux. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
