Auto Installer for OSC and CRE Loaded and Zen Cart

We want a script with UI that will allow an end user to sit down and fill out a form with some details, and then when they are finished filling out the form and they click "Create Stores" the script will then install a copy of OSC, OSC Max, CRE Loaded and Zen cart. ## Deliverables The user will give a username and password this user/pass shall become the user/pass for all 4 stores. User will give info like Store Name, and that will become the store name for all the stores and so on. The user should be asked to pick a directory on the server, so we must have a database of taken URL's or some other way to check if that URL is taken. So example, these shops will be on a server like this [login to view URL]{user defined sub directory} This script should not ask the user anything about databases, a database must be made automatically for them during the process and also a database user and a password must be automatically generated to store all tables for the 4 stores.... or perhaps 4 databases for 4 stores... please advise on this.
