Wikipedia Project for Knowledge Base

This project uses the Mediawiki platform to build a knowledge base for a specialized human resource management area. It requires someone who understands the use of Mediawiki to create wiki sites very similar to Wikipedia. One difference is that this site will have a Job Bank portal, along with articles about 300 specialty area terms. The basic site structure has been created. We simply need PHP editing skills to tailor the Main Page, create the Job Bank functionality, and build templates we can use for further building the site. It has about 130 articles on the site now. 1) Need a way to rotate banner ads 2) Need a different article randomly presented on the Main Page each day 3) New a world news feed on the front page 4) Need a rotating “On this Day” article that corresponds to an historical event on the current calendar day 5) Need a rotating feature picture or video presented on the Main Page each day 6) Need certain pages and page section non-editable. 7) Need a way for Job Bank advertisers to place their ad within specific parameters. 8) Need a way for Job Seekers to post their resume Please reply with your previous work asap.
