Analysis of GAF deposit verification method / pending deposits

I need an analysis report of how GAF handles its deposit verification system, covering the following questions: Why is it that some users do not have to wait for deposits to clear, and others do? Is it a function of PayPal verified accounts vs. nonverified? Or is it a function of the source of funding? Function of country of the user? Also, I need an analysis of the security concerns a site like GAF has in this process. What are the risks associated with simply allowing all PayPal deposits to clear automatically? Does PayPal not offer some way to protect GAF-type sites from fraudulent use of PayPal payments? Would there actually be a way to fund a PayPal account to pay GAF, withdraw money from a GAF account to another outlet, and then PayPal comes back and demands the money from GAF because it turned out to be a fraudulent PayPal account (while the user makes away with the money he withdrew from GAF)? Any other information you can offer on what security concerns there are in this process would be part of the project. The report should also cover how you would imagine (or maybe know) how GAF admin would handle this process of approving deposits / giving them "security clearance" or however you would describe that. Is it for new users only, or for each payment on a certain type of funding source, etc. What steps do they take and how much time / manpower would be involved in that? Or is it somehow possible that they automate that or semi-automate it? If so, how do you think they'd do it? I'd also like to see a screen capture of the GAF account management page where you actually have a deposit pending. Mine always just clears immediately, so I don't know what it looks like to have a deposit in pending status. In your bid please clarify why you think you can provide this report with accuracy.
