103533 PHP login/permissions script

I need a PHP developer who can finish in a few hours. The project is a very simple 'access permissions' system to restrict access to certain website pages. I do not want a full CMS package installed. Just a simple solution similar to the login/access scripts like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - If usertype X logs in, they are redirected to [login to view URL] which has links to X webpages. Each page checks to make sure an X-usertype has an active session or redirect to the login page. - If usertype Y logs in, they are redirected to [login to view URL] which has links to Y webpages. Each page checks to make sure an X-usertype has an active session or redirect to the login page. - If the admin logs in, he has a simple interface to manage users in the database. No registration - users added by admin only. Creating a new user generates random password and sends an email to the user. Password recovery which generates random password and sends an email, available on the login page. Password change tool, available to all users once logged in. Session for any user should time out in 15 minutes. Cross platform. MySQL is available. I'm looking for a good freelance coder who can finish in a couple hours.
