Magento PHPlist integration

Build PHPlist integration into Magento as a module that can co-exist with other modules. Require Magento EXPERTS! Before start of the project developer should submit code examples or existing modules required for reference, no portfolio websites please as we need good CODERS and need to be able to determine the experience and qualifications. The module must be built in such a way that: - it can be installed via Magento Connect - it can be turned on or off using admin configuration - design files should not be touched - email addresses need to be synchronized to both Magento and PHPlist databases - mailing mgmt such as start/stop/cancel/pause should be functional from Magento as well (optional, please provide a quote) For this project we're looking for a price around $50. Please note that we are looking to establish a long-term relationship and thus if this project goes well we will have more and larger projects in the near future and beyond.
