Hi .. I have a situation with our pbx as follows
the pbx did not work for some time and recently I had the hole server reinstalled from scratch including OS, free PBX and Vtiger CRM ... for a few days sistem was working but suddenly we had a system breakdown which was (as I was informed) due to full hard drive because of any error messages .. after deleating huge files the server was working again and we could use Vtiger CRM but the PBX is not working any more .. no calls are coming in to IVR and also no calls can be made "all circuits are busy now, please try again later"
according to the person who did the job there must be a physical damage in the cards that conect to the analog phone lines .. I dought that because there are two 4 line cards and it would be quite strange that both were damaged simultaneosly .. and they were working just fine before.
Then working on the issue you will have to be very carefull not to interfere with the vtiger operation and system and php versions needed for the current version because all our data are stored in this system.

note, very likly it will require reboot of server.
also if card realy not work, no way fix it remotly
Hello my name is Ambiorix. I am An Asterisk expert as well PHP MYSQL developer. I would like to take a look on your PBX and I will tell , in less than 30 what your issue is.
The better is by checking your asterisk logs. Check all asterisk logs, including system log, sip log, outbound/inbound log, etc. From there you will know what the problem is. And then do the required configuration or patches.

Your issue seem you got trouble with PBX. I think you should look at the log of PBX when making call to find out the trouble. Otherwise, you also should check to driver if dahdi (driver to control the analog card ).
One more thing, analog card sometimes need to be unplug and plug into system again. It's a trick.
