joomla web required- ASAP

Hello, currently i required one website, which must consist : 1. Sales page/ lead gathering page 2. Login panel/page 3. Home page that incorporates a chat room and video uploads 4. Forum 5. Blog 6. Community area, members will build profiles and be able to upload photos and videos 7. Articles 8. Videos i want a simple layout that we can load our content into and looks similar to attached screenshots inside the .doc files. There needs to be an area at the top of each page for a banner. I want the site to have a clean look with 9 tabs at the top.
