CLEAR UP THE MESS DONE MUDASSAR66

I am requesting a professional freelancer to CLEAR UP THE MESS done by this freelancer: mudassar66 I awarded mudassar66 to develop my project and after 2 bloody months nothing was done and he just kept quiet and did not reply my emails and pms. We are in the process of settling our disputes but I do not want my project to stop and thus need another freelancer to clear up the mess created by mudassar66. He did the project 30% and gave all sorts of stupid reasons and excuses to delay the project. 2 mths passed and nothing done... I got no choice now need to engage someone professional to clear his mess. My project specs as follows: Project: Joomla Classified Ads Management System: Hi I would need a Joomla expert to assist me to develop a classified Ads management system in my current joomla website. I had already installed a Joomla Diametric April 2012 template. I would want to convert it into a fully customised Ads Management System. I had already install the Ads Manager which I downloaded from Joomla Extension. What I need is the expert to help me put things into place nicely. With all the dummy ads etc. I would like to model something like this [login to view URL] Of course, if you want to recommend me another Ads Manager plugin, I am ok with it. Make sure it works. I have alot of Joomla experience however do not have the time to work on it that is why would need an expert to follow up. My request 1. Install a Classified Ads Management system into my current Joomla template (Done) 2. Create user accounts/login system. (can use back default plugin) 3 A plugin bridge to connect my VBulletin forum with current Joomla template. Meaning share same user accounts and enable live forum feed in my joomla website. 4. Other ad hoc request Pls let me know if you are willing to take the job and I would need full support from the expert. Those students who can only login on certain hours, please do no bid as I am rushing against time to complete the project and would need constant communication to finish this website. This is a simple project as I had already installed everything. Just need to put things in place. The only tricky part is the VB bridge to link Joomla to my VB forum.
