Build me a Joomla 3 component which queries three product data api's to display information in a table

I require a Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 component and module which will allow me to import the latest pricing for different products which I setup. It must be able to fetch prices from Amazon UK, Amazon US, and then also pricing from the sites managed by the company Affiliate Window. I would prefer the componenet to connect directly using PHP to both the Amazon API and also the Affiliate WindowShop and ProductServe API. It should then be able to take the infmration for the list of prodcuts and display this front end in a module, the module would need to display a table which is cstomisable via css and the data should update at intervals set within the config panel, for exmaple once every three hours. It's important that the data does not need to query every time the page is refreshed and ideally the data will need to be stored in a cache or similar solution. For each product display table I require the following: 1. To be able to Set-up the product - I need to be able to identify the product I wish to add to the table displayed front end - I will need to be able to do this for both Amazon UK and Affiliate Window, Amazon will require their unique product number which I should enter into a box. Affiliate window will require me to select the product for each supplier, Affiliate window allow you to export your chosen suppliers from their API, you would need to work out the best way for me to choose which suppliers to display and how to identify the product for there system. In an ideal world providing the Amazon ID should really be enough to identify the product is affiliate window but I understand if this is not possible and manual selection of the product is required. 2. Choose what information to display and in what order, I need to be able to choose from: Description, Price, Availability, name of supplier. It also must allow for a buy now link which provides an affiliate link to the site for that product. If this is not available directly through the API then your system will need to generate this using the standard link formats currently used by the affiliate providers. 3. Display the resulting table as a module in the front end of the site, you should be able to give this module a class suffix in order to format the table using CSS. In the back end you would be required to enter configuration information, I imagine this will involve your Amazon UK ID, Amazon US ID, Affiliate Window ID these can be used to generate the links to the products provided by the API. So basically to sum up: 1. I pick my product 2. I pick my suppliers - including Amazon US/UK and any supplier with whom I can advertise for through affiliate window. 3. I choose what information to display - Price, description and in what order 4. This information is then displayed in a table customisable via CSS and a link is added in the last column with an anchor text set for each product - Buy Now, Check Price etc.. 5. This product is then refreshed at an interval set in the overall configuration I only require the interface in English, and there may be potential for future development and on-going updates at an agreed rate.
