Vshare clone

We are interested in programmers that can write clean, concise, well organized code for a video sharing site. Vshare (a YouTube clone script) can be used as a model as we will only need minor changes from this model. If your code is not first-rate, please do not apply for this position as our staff programmers will be checking the code closely. Similarly, please only apply if you can dedicate yourself 100% to it and meet established deadlines. Please consult the vshare script online and respond with the following: 1) Your resume indicating your experience with projects such as this 2) A total flat cost bid to reproduce the vshare script as it is (no hourly quotes for this portion). 3) Your hourly rate (for subsequent modifications) 4) A firm deadline We will require you to sign contract for this project. If you are unwilling to sign a detailed contract and provide a copy of your identification, please do not apply. We will require that code is uploaded to our servers for testing and validation before payment is provided. If you have trust issues even after having signed a detailed contract with us, please do not apply. Note: we require the vshare-type script to be re-written as we do not desire to use an encoded script with contractual restrictions for this project. We desire our software to be 100% proprietary so please do not plan on leveraging any of the vshare or similar code.
