Squeeze Page Wordpress Plugin

I am in need of a plugin that creates squeeze pages in WordPress. Page creation should be independent of main WordPress pages: When plugin is activated a new parent menu link will appear under Pages 2 Templates are to be made with this plugin: 1 with sidebar, 1 with out sidebar User should be able to edit the look of the templates via the admin panel, DO NOT USE DEFAULT WORDPRESS HEADER AND FOOTER User should have a choice of what newsletter service they wish to use: Use APIs from Aweber, Mailchimp and Infusionsoft Be sure more APIs can be added later If user doesn't use the API be sure they can still enter an opt in form and it be auto detected New Sidebar area should be added to widgets area of WordPress Widget area will display below opt-in on the sidebar if widgets are present Videos should play in all browsers and mobile, user will be forced to use mp4, fallback to flash for older browsers This can be done using: [login to view URL] Programmer can use any GNU Open source software to complete the job. I also have pre-written code and javascript if you need it. Programmer should post real deadlines and provide a development install for me to check on progress and direction. Programmer should be in contact with me once a day while in development. Any problems or accidents should be reported to me as soon as possible.
