Special decoding project - Project is for Security&Exploit Experts

I will provide existing code for simple project. Needs to be able to take existing code and identify exploits/vulnerabilities that could pose a potential security threat, and then provide suggestions and/or solutions as to what can be done to strengthen and eliminate security problem. This project is for a very talented developer(s) with related experienced.
