First off: If this works out well, I have a lot of other work to do that you might be interested in. But let's start with this:
I have a page with an 'exit splash' javascript code right above the tag. When closing the page, this script prompts to click 'stay on page' so that the page that loads in the background can appear.
I want to copy/paste this code to another page, so that page will do the same thing. I'm using a theme called 'OptimizePress' for my pages, which includes a section called 'footer tracking and javascript codes'. Anything I put in here should appear right above the tag for that page.
So when I add it there and update the page, the script code does indeed appear there. Still, it doesn't work: when closing this page, the script doesn't prompt to click 'stay on page' so that the page that's loading in the background can appear (as the script is supposed to do).
Now, what I need is either of the following two options:
1) Option #1: (<-- preferred)
I need your help to figure out why the script doesn't work when I paste it in as above, and how to make it work, so that I can paste it in correctly in other pages myself.
2) Option #2:
I need your help in including the script on the pages where I need them... and in a way that when I 'duplicate' the page in wordpress, this script is duplicated with it.
3) Option #3:
I'll create all my pages and then ask you to put the script into each of them.
(Please note: I prefer option #1, because this gives me most flexibility in the future, e.g. for the cases in which I'd like to add a different script and/or create more of these pages)
Also, I need to get this done fast, so if you're ready to do this immediately, there's a good chance you'll get the job! ;-)
P.S. Example pages:
- Page where it does work: (to see what it does, just go to the page and then try to close it)

- Page where same script code was copied and pasted in through the process described above, but where it doesn't work:
