547166 Joomla Website Re-design.

Hi, I want my Joomla site www(dot)pat-training-now(dot)co(dot)uk re-designed to similar design to www(dot)electricaltraining4u(dot)co(dot)uk I like the look and feel of this site. I also need to ensure the website is light and fast and also has all my current pages and virtuemart moved over to the new site. All work has to be done off line as site is live, when fully tested it needs to be moved over to my host and set live. I had my site redesigned last year and had to pull site and put old one back, it wasnt tested properly and was very very slow and rankings dropped. New site MUST be tested and very SEO friendly as not to adversely effect my rankings, in fact you should be very good at SEO and add value here too. I would also like a course booking system in place. If you can do this and are a 'joomla expert' bid here. please give examples of work.
