Customised Lightbox display for Wordpress

Urgently require someone highly fluent and confident in using php & ajax within a Wordpress environment. Job requirements as follows. 1.> We have a special members-only area ([login to view URL]) and need to have a pop-up lightbox that requires a (single, 'one size fits all') pin-code to gain access to it 2.> We have a lightbox pop up already configured via php/ajax for displaying individual member privileges although it needs some styling and also requires a customised Wordpress admin area to include 3 content boxes. See [login to view URL] . 3.> We have a lightbox pop-calendar that pulls our Google Calendar xml and some site content but it also has an 'add to my calendar' feature. Unfortunately this only adds to the users' own Google calendar at the moment, but needs to be able to add to their default calendar (ie/ iCal for Mac or Outlook for PC). See [login to view URL] .
