I need a a software to manage my daily service calls, I am into Computer Hardware/Network Service Industries. I have approx 50 service calls per day. Right now i am maintaining it in a excel file (customer name/call no./date/query/technician attended or alloted/Comments) Also if a computer is given for repair or parts replacement(Date/Part/Customer/Call no./Parts serial no. etc) There will be a complete database with selectable filters according to client name, date etc. A popup for AMC expiration or Antivirus Renewal. It will have a user detail section that will contain quantity and specifications of computers.

I can create a system in PHP which will allow you to fully search and view user profiles in around 5 days. I wont be able to start until 22nd May however. I will need to be provided with your excel file with all your current information. You will also need infrastructure to host a PHP/MYSQL based project, or this can be run on a home server which I can walk you through or setup for you.
