Update COURIER Service Website

I currently have a simple online courier website which has been clogging along but needs a makeover since it looks a bit tired compared to the competition. I'd like it to have a look-and-feel and functionality similar to [login to view URL] / [login to view URL], with booking, tracking, tracking, registration, etc. The new website should: A. Allow users to register to the website B. Allow users to purchase products from the online shop C. Allow users to select and book a courier service D. ' Track their delivery E. ' View previous purchases F. ' Request a quote G. Allow admin to manage bookings, purchases and registered users H. Allow admin to update products and courier delivery statuses and inform the buyers I. SMS me when a new purchase is made (I currently have this functionality which is easy to transfer) J. The logo and favicon needs to be changed. The winning bidder will be supplied with the current zipped website and information on the additional pages. The website is currently built in Joomla 1.0 (about 6 pages) with virtuamart - would prefer a rebuild in Joomla 1.5+virtumart or Magento. The key thing is that the site looks pretty and appealing with a nice Web2.0 feel. Anyone with previous experience in building a courier website would be especially welcome to bid (though I don't want a copy or rip-off of your previous work; please respect the copyright of other website owners). This isn't a very complex job but could be a testing ground for other work for the winning bidder. I've done freelance work on rentacoder myself and understand the need to keep things simple.
