desktop app

I have a perl desktop app (that uses active perl from active state) with a gui that i need worked on. I want the app put into full vb form, and a webring builder added to it. I have a script in perl that will do this. I want the app to be able to interface with cpanel/whm through the gui and have built in ftp functions that can upload mutliple files to mutliple sites, peferably at the same time. The end pruduct needs to have encrpted code to be unable to be reverse engineered. The app i have now is in perl, and an end user has to install activestates perl handler to run it. For wider distribution, I would need to change the platform, so that th eprogram just "runs" without having to download any other handlers or programs. That why I was mentioning vb. When you run the app now, it pulls up gui that you work from. thu interface needs to be expanded to assist in some other functions that I need added to the app. The functions that it now has: the app calls a server based script that is a web scraper, and bring back results which it then uses to populate keyword generated pages that go into a user defined directory for future upload to a user defined website. I need the new app to insert keyword based text links ( i have a perl script that will assist with this) based on user defined ip/domain name/ directory name. I need the new app to ftp the created directories with interlink pages to up to five servers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform vb 6.0 .net if needed, windows 2000 or better
