Credit Card Website Design and Coding Needed

Thanks for taking a look at our bid. We need a clone of Credit [login to view URL] to include website design and backend programming with a few additional features aside from what you see there already: 1. Template Engine - We need to be able to change the look of the website drastically and with ease. Ease meaning clicking on the template and the new design be applied to the website. 2. Along with the Template Engine you need to design 25 totally unique template. What we mean by totally unique templates is that you would not know it was the same site if you were to come back. We are looking to have this programmed in PHP and MYSQL Please ask all the questions you need to know. We will select a winner for this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
