I need some design changes made to my website

I need someone to fix the design on [login to view URL] I need the following items done: All of the text and buttons in all of the squares should be perfectly aligned. They should all look the exact same. Only the name, title and address should be right of the picture. The rest should be perfectly flushed to the left, underneath. I would like to create an attractive way to display the small boxes, letting the user know what color represent what category. I also want the user to be able to click on those small boxes, to sort the results to show only that color. There should also be a empty color labeled "show all users" There will also be more small tweaks involved to get this looking perfect. Please only bid if you have great design skill and imagination.
