Need An Experienced PHP/CodeIgniter/PyroCMS developer to help finish up a Web Application

I am a senior developer at a development firm in the US. We are currently overloaded and are in need of a freelance web developer that can help us complete a web application that is built off of PyroCMS Pro and Codeigniter. The application is currently around 70% complete, and we need someone to hop in to help wrap up the remaining 30%. The project consists of a website that is the sales outlet for memberships to the account and the application that lives on a sub-domain of the website. The website is pretty much completed. We are going to need the majority of the help with finishing up the application. The application is a gallery that consists of a custom PyroCMS Theme and a custom Module. The custom theme handles all of the layout, and the module handles all interaction with the database. We are using Streams for most of the database interaction. There is a tier-leveled admin/permissions system that manages admin, user accounts, and sub-user accounts. This application uses Rackspace CloudFiles and Cloud Databases to serve up dynamic content. The data is loaded to the frontend of the application via AJAX calls to the module. The majority of the remaining work is finishing up the frontend AJAX calls and their respective DB queries. There will be some minor HTML and CSS adjustments here and there, but mainly we need someone that is good with JS/jQuery and very strong with PHP under Codeigniter/PyroCMS. The sub-user level backend interactions need to be tested and debugged. The other work will be optimizing the application for the fastest load times using code validation, the Asset Plugin’s minification techniques, and PyroCache to cache DB queries when data is modified from the admin section. We’ll need to see some solid examples of custom Pyro themes and modules that you’ve developed. A good understanding of the Streams, Asset, and PyroCache systems will be a huge bonus. You’ll also need to be able to effectively communicate with our team in English. We are looking to get this moving forward again by July 28th.
