Create a Wordpress Template

We are looking for a team or company to develop a wordpress website for us on an on-going basis. – Mainly frontend and some basic backend changes for several projects we have. The developers should have good experience in customizing WP Themes and plugins to create visually appealing mobile responsive websites. Developer Requirements: -- Good English Skills -- Ability to read software specifications (English) -- Can communicate with project manager on Skype text chat for some brief time daily or every other day during the US Business -- Hours (5am – 3pm EST – New York City Timezone) -- Significant Experience in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JS. -- Must be able to test their own code. -- Must be able to test code across different browsers (IE 8+ a must) and devices. Please rate your skills on a scale of 1 to 10 for: 1) Themes customizations 2) Custom themes development 3) JS, HTML5, CSS3 4) PHP development - Provide links to websites that show your abilities developing on the required technologies (working, public websites that we can check and interact with) - If you have a profile on another job site that shows client feedback, then please share here the link/profile name - Rate your english level (oral and written) from 1 to 10 We have a strong preference for working directly with freelancers, no agencies. If we're interested in your application, we'll be asking you to provide specific examples of your work: - References for each website (name and e-mail and/or telephone number of your previous/current customers/clients that we can call)
